  • CreamTanks.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

❗ No Returns — Exchange Only

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange may be approved ONLY IF:

  • The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

To request an exchange, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Approved exchanges will be issued for the same item only (subject to availability).

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover shipping.

  • If approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
